Can we use the Tile series without edge cubes?
Because the tile is secured on top with four connecting pins, using edge cubes or regular cubes around the perimeter is required.
Is it the same material as the regular cubes?
The service cubes (black cubes) are made from the same plastic as the standard cubes, but they use a recycled resin. The tiles, however, are made from a different formula that gives them greater rigidity and provides a more comfortable walking surface.
Can accessories be affixed to the dock using the tile system?
The main purpose of the tile system is to make these attachments possible. By adding a LinQ tile, any accessory that works with this system can be installed. Choosing translucent tiles also allows the use of our LED lighting system to create a more personalized look for your dock.

Yes, in the case of a standard installation, the product is very simple to assemble and install. At the time of purchase, our retailer or distributor will provide you with the necessary information to install the dock yourself. They can also offer you their installation services. If you experience problems with the installation, we invite you to contact us directly via e-mail or through our toll-free number. On the other hand, if you want the warranty to be applied, you have to register your product as soon as the installation is finished. If you cannot confirm that the installation respects all requirements needed and requested by Candock, the warranty cannot/will be applied.
Yes, the Candock system is very light and can be easily towed behind a small boat, entirely, or in sections.

You must use three cubes wide for minimum stability. The average number of cubes used is between 3 and 5. Of course by increasing the number of cubes used, you improve the stability of the dock. The surfaces of our cubes have a special motif, which, under normal usage, are designed to provide an anti-skid surface.
