Material/Composition: The Switch Lift is primarily composed of standard G2 cubes, JetSlides, and Extension plates for JetSlides. The quantity of components required may vary depending on the length of your SeaDoo Switch model.

Can operating this system cause harm to the Seadoo Switch’s hull?

The JetSlide is crafted with the same material as the SeaDoo Switch’s hull, ensuring optimal sliding performance. Over several years of utilizing this system with personal watercraft, there has been no reported damage to their hulls. Some minor black marks may occur during initial use, which is entirely normal.

If we already own a Candock, can we modify it to integrate a Switch Lift onto our dock?

Certainly, that’s the flexibility of the modular system. Our Switch lift system primarily consists of JetSlide and regular cubes. You may only require a few additional accessories to complete the installation.

Is it feasible to exit solely using engine power?

Since the Switch is equipped with a turbine that must be fully submerged for operation, the winch (included in the lift) is necessary to push your boat until the turbine is underwater. Typically, once this is achieved, you can engage reverse to lower the Switch.

How can I integrate my Switch accessories onto the dock?

Utilizing our tile system, collaboratively designed with BRP, you can easily incorporate a LinQ tile. This enables direct interchangeability of all your boat accessories on the dock, with the LinQ system ensuring swift and secure attachment.

Can my dock touch the bottom of the water plan?

Candock’s docks are extremely resistant and can support a heavy load, even on ground. So there is no problem if your dock touches the bottom of the water plan. However, make sure there are no sharp objects where your dock touches the ground.

Is pale grey the only color available?

Candock exclusively offers pale grey and beige as color options for their products.

What is the warranty on the product?

Candock proudly offers a 20-year warranty on all cube variations (regular, low profile, edge, and tiles series). Our JetRoll is backed by a 7-year regressive warranty, while the JetSlide comes with a 5-year regressive warranty.

Can I assemble my dock on the water?

Yes, but we recommend to assemble the dock on the shore in sections, and then put the sections in the water to finish the assembly.

Can I install my Candock dock myself?

Yes, in the case of a standard installation, the product is very simple to assemble and install. At the time of purchase, our retailer or distributor will provide you with the necessary information to install the dock yourself. They can also offer you their installation services. If you experience problems with the installation, we invite you to contact us directly via e-mail or through our toll-free number. On the other hand, if you want the warranty to be applied, you have to register your product as soon as the installation is finished. If you cannot confirm that the installation respects all requirements needed and requested by Candock, the warranty cannot/will be applied.

Can the dock be moved around on the water?

Yes, the Candock system is very light and can be easily towed behind a small boat, entirely, or in sections.

Does your product require much maintenance?

Other than normal cleaning of the surface, the product requires virtually no maintenance. This leaves more free time to enjoy the use of your dock.

How can we purchase the product? What are the minimum quantities?

To receive accurate answers to these questions, you should send us an online quote request providing us with as many details as possible. Each installation is unique and depends on where you live.

How many cubes must I use in order to have good stability?

You must use three cubes wide for minimum stability. The average number of cubes used is between 3 and 5. Of course by increasing the number of cubes used, you improve the stability of the dock. The surfaces of our cubes have a special motif, which, under normal usage, are designed to provide an anti-skid surface.

Why buy a Candock instead of another similar product?

Is it possible to connect G1 cubes with the new G2 lines?

Yes, there is a method to connect them together. However, we recommend consulting your distributor or contacting us directly to discuss your specific project requirements and ensure compatibility.
